Dr. G. Chandran
MD, FRCSC
Dr. Chandran grew up in Saskatchewan. He obtained his Bachelor of Science and was awarded the University of Saskatchewan President’s Gold Medal as the top graduate.
In 2001, he completed medical school at the University of Saskatchewan and obtained his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with Great Distinction.
After performing research in wound healing at the University of Alberta with Dr. E.E. Tredget, he entered an anesthesia residency at Memorial University in St. John’s, Newfoundland. He returned to Saskatoon to obtain training in general surgery at the University of Saskatchewan. Dr. Chandran then, completed his plastic surgery residency at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
After his residency, he underwent fellowship training at the University of Manitoba in reconstructive microsurgery under Dr. E. Buchel. During the fellowship, Dr. Chandran specialized in microsurgical free flap reconstruction of the breast, trunk, extremities and head & neck.
He also had the opportunity to learn various techniques in aesthetic surgery and body contouring. After ten years of postgraduate medical training, Dr. Chandran started practice in Regina specializing in all aspects of plastic surgery, including microsurgical reconstruction, hand surgery and aesthetic surgery. Dr. Chandran moved to Saskatoon and practiced plastic surgery in Saskatoon since 2013. He opened his aesthetic practice and offered surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic services through Premiere since 2019.
Dr. Chandran also has a specialized expertise in nonsurgical aesthetic procedures, including Botox, injectable fillers and body contouring.
Dr. Chandran is also the Provincial Section Head of Plastic Surgery and is on the Board of Directors on the Saskatchewan Medical Association.
Jordana
Office Manager
Jordana is the one who runs the show at Premiere as our office manager. She takes care of everything from scheduling surgeries to making sure we have enough coffee pods.
Jordana deals with budgeting, human resources, scheduling, procurement, external suppliers, and client services. If there is a problem, Jordana makes all the executive decisions to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Jordana obtained her medical office admin certificate through McKay Career Training and has worked within healthcare for many years, of course she has a special interest in plastic surgery and aesthetics. In addition, Jordana is a certified medical aesthetician herself.
Jordana will always go above and beyond what is expected for our patients and her colleagues.
When Jordana isn’t in our office you will find her encouraging her kids to follow their dreams, cheering for them at sports events or at home cuddling with her beloved pets Jake, Priscilla, Jynx, and Sophie… and her husband of course! Jordana loves chocolate, coffee and time with her family.

She’s got a knack for making everyone feel welcome, a laugh that’s contagious, and probably knows your name after your first visit.. Pat’s the heartbeat of our front desk and trust us, your day’s about to get brighter when you are greeted by her.

Since 2013.
In September 2013, Dr. Chandran moved his practice to his hometown, Saskatoon.
To the people of Saskatchewan, he offers a wide array of aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries.
He is involved with the education of future physicians as a clinical assistant professor and the lead for undergraduate plastic surgery education.
He is also the provincial section head of plastic surgery in the physician leadership in Saskatchewan.
With his young family, Dr. Chandran also explores the natural beauty of Saskatchewan throughout the year. In his spare time, Dr. Chandran enjoys sports, camping, gourmet cooking and reading.
Dr. Chandran is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Canadian Society of Plastics Surgeons, Canadian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Saskatchewan Medical Association and the Atlantic Society of Plastic Surgeons.
